Please note that all slide orders require a MANDATORY 8-12 business day processing time because all fur orders are custom and made to order. Other GlamourVault items require 1-2 business day processing time.

Refund/Exchange Policy:
All sales are final. If any there are any errors on our end you can contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges.

Tracking Information:
All orders are shipped via USPS and is expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, please contact USPS for any tracking inquires. We are not responsible for stolen packages once they've been delivered, please contact USPS for additional information regarding your delivery.
